Review: Colourpop x Amanda Steele Weekend Warrior Palette

If you're a huge fan of Colourpop, their new pressed eyeshadows must be old news but this is the first time I got to play around with their first ever eyeshadow palette release. Read more for photos, swatches, and the look I came up with using these four gorgeous shades.
First of all, let me just acknowledge the stunning packaging that's totally up my alley. Mandy did an incredible job working on this palette overall, and although the shades are definitely out of my comfort zone, I had a lot of fun doing this edgy, cool-toned eyeshadow look that I've never done before.
This is my first shot at a cut-crease so it's miles from being perfect or even Instagram-worthy. I gotta give massive credit to those beauty gurus who do it so effortlessly because doing a cut-crease is a lot harder than it looks! Anyway, these shadows are absolutely stunning; not too powdery or creamy, super blendable, and very pigmented. There's just a little bit of fallout but it's nothing that a makeup wipe or a fan brush can't fix. These dark and bolder colors pushed me to expand my horizons outside warm smokey eyes for sure, which means I'll probably end up purchasing some new crazy eyeshadows to play around with and experimenting with different looks that I've never tried. Make sure to check out Coloupop's new releases!
I received this product complimentary from ColourPop Cosmetics. All opinions are 100% my own.
Hope you enjoyed this review and stay tuned for more!
'Til next time.
xoxo,
