No snails are harmed in the production of this product. Thoughts I've been using this weekly for quite a while now and I wouldn't say that it tops my list of favorites, but it does stay true to many of its claims. It keeps the frizziness at bay and definitely improves elasticity. The formula is very potent so a little goes a long way with this product. The strong scent is a bit of a deal-breaker though and I'm not a huge fan of the slightly greasy texture. It feels a lot like those Asian BB cream foundations because of the super thick and concentrated consistency, but nonetheless, it provides several benefits especially for thin, damaged hair types. As for any long-term effects, I didn't quite notice a difference in regards to the strength and thickness of my hair, so I don't think this will make its way to my regular hair care routine. If you have super frizzy and dull hair, I'd still say it's worth a shot because that's what I feel like this product serves the most.
