November/December 2015 Favorites

I can't exactly recall, but it's either I had a really busy November or I was just too lazy to post a monthly favorites entry that month. In any case, I just decided to combine the last two months of the year together so I can share more content. With that said, here are a few of my last favorite things of 2015!

MATCHCo Custom Tinted Hydrating Formula

MATCHCo, an up-and-coming cosmetic app and company, sent me this amazing foundation to try out and I immediately loved everything about it. Not only did the app do an incredibly accurate job of matching the foundation shade with my skin tone, but the product itself also exceeded my expectations. It's completely customized just for you, even down to the packaging where your full name is displayed! This foundation is definitely my all-time holy grail because it's perfect for my oily-combo skin type - it moisturizes the dry areas of my face but at the same time mattifies my oily T-zone. It also has SPF and it seriously lasts the whole day even without touch ups, which I find extremely impressive. I've had this on for as long as 12 hours and no oil has peeked through and no product has smudged by the end of the night!

Maybelline Volume Express The Falsies in Blackest Black

If you've seen my past favorites posts, you'd know that I swore by the L'Oreal Miss Manga Rock mascara, but I think I've found a new holy grail. This one lengthens my eyelashes like no other and volumizes them after 2-3 coats. I can see how it can get clumpy, but I actually don't mind because it thickens my lashes considerably.

Ofra Cosmetics Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in Santa Ana

After falling in love with KathleenLights's Miami Fever, I wanted to try another shade from the liquid lipstick collection because I absolutely loved everything about the formula. This one's definitely my kind of shade, so nothing about it was a disappointment. I've particularly been wearing it during the holidays because it lasts all day and it's the perfect pop of color for the festivities.

Billion Dollar Brows Best Sellers Kit

I still swear by my Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade, but some of the items in these kits are amazing additions to my eyebrow routine, particularly the Brow Duo Pencil because it cleans up the messiness so perfectly and highlights like no other. Here's my review for more on these sets!

Memebox Luminous Goddess Aura Beam

I received this face illuminator from Memebox this month, and I've actually been enjoying it a lot. It gives a nice, natural sheen to my cheekbones and everything else that I like to apply highlighter on and it also smells incredible for a scented moisturizer.

NYX in Bloom Look Set

My sister gifted me a NYX set for Christmas, and this palette is definitely my favorite item from the collection. I wore it for my family's Christmas party and it lasted all night long. The burgundy shade was perfect for the holidays and some shades are certainly appropriate for everyday wear as well.

If it's not already obvious from my Instagram outfits, I've been absolutely obsessed with turtlenecks this season. They're my new favorite winter staple because of how classy and chic they look! I can also easily layer over them without covering up the turtleneck style.

AMI Club Wear Thigh High Boots

I've been looking for tight-fitting thigh high boots all season, and luckily, AMI Club Wear sent me this stunning pair to review and I've been wearing it all day every day. They don't fit as tightly as I'd hoped, but they're super chic and versatile nonetheless, and they don't make that annoying clucking noise!

Sweet Mayhem Kiki Knit Sweater

I'm always all about sweater dresses in the fall and wintertime, but this has been one of my favorites for some reason. The sheer material's not even the most appropriate for cold weather, but I just love how comfy and effortless it looks especially with some cozy thigh high socks.

Fashion Q Utility Jacket

I've been meaning to buy a utility jacket, but they're always so unreasonably expensive. Good thing I spotted this one at Fashion Q for only $25! It's the perfect outerwear for super chilly weather which has been the case for the past week or so, so this jacket has definitely been of good use lately.
That concludes 2015! It's been quite a great year for me personally and regarding this blog, so I highly appreciate you guys for being a part of all of this. I'm definitely looking forward for more incredible things this upcoming year, so I hope there will be more in store for me and for you all. I'm absolutely grateful for anyone who's been supporting me along the way, and I hope someday I can give back to you. Here's to an amazing 2016!
