Review: Lensvillage Geo Tri Color Green Lens CM-903 (Berry Berry Chessy)

Lensvillage sent me a pair of contact lenses of my choice, so of course I had to go for the same brand/style as my all-time favorite colored contacts (Geo Tri Color Brown). I decided to get the green version just because I wanted to take a break from hazel and light brown shades. Since I never did a review on the brown pair that I've had for a while now (though I've featured it quite a few times in my previous posts), here's an in-depth review on this particular color!

Overview

"The Geo Tri Color has three color shades in one lens - the outer black rim, the inner light color, and the outer dark shade. It comes in five different colors of grey, brown, green, blue, and purple. It is guaranteed to fit your eyes perfectly with a 14mm diameter and 8.60mm base curve."

Diameter : 14.2mm
Base Curve : 8.60mm
Water Content : 38%
Life Span : 1 Year
Power Available : 0.00 to -10.00

Delivery
The shipping and delivery time was nothing different than other Asian-based companies. I'd say it took about 2-3 weeks to arrive, which is to be expected from a Malaysian online store.

Packaging

The lenses came in standard contact lens packaging - two glass bottles with a free case.

Color
Before & After
As you can see, it shows a complete color change, so if you prefer a subtle eye color enhancement, these aren't for you, but if you want to look like you naturally have gorgeous light green eyes, then these couldn't be more perfect! The three-toned design makes it look very natural and wearable for a casual day out or any occasion really.

Comfort
In the comparison photos above, you can tell that there's not much difference in the size compared to my actual iris, which is probably why it looks so natural and feels incredibly comfortable. It literally feels like my regular prescription contacts. It also doesn't dry out easily or slide around at all, so you certainly don't have to worry about any discomfort.

Overall Thoughts

Since the first pair I bought from Lensvillage is the exact same style as this one, this instantly became one of my favorites. It's extremely comfortable, super pigmented, yet quite natural, which are all I really look for in colored contact lenses.

I hope this review helped! 'Til next time!

  1. I admire what you have done here. I love the part where you say you are doing this to give back but I would assume by all the comments that is working for you as well. Do you have any more info on this?

  2. Quite possibly the best silicone hydrogel contacts is new Acuvue Oasis. It is made of senofilcon A, which is another silicone hydrogel material that - as per the maker - is 50% smoother than other silicone hydrogel contacts. There is likewise an exceptional dampness rich wetting specialist, called Hydraclear Plus, for extra solace. Halloween contacts
