I was in a no-pants zone for quite some time throughout fall and winter, but I think I just found my new favorite pair that made me fall back into wearing jeans. Special thanks to Bodilove for sending over these black distressed skinnies for me to review. Read ahead for more photos!





Although I have a vast collection of jeans from way back when they're all I wore (a.k.a. high school), I've become a lot more picky now when it comes to how they fit, the kind of wash, and even the quality, which I never put much thought into before. I'm typically a 0 depending on the brand, but I had to choose a 1 because my size was sold out on the website. Surprisingly, they fit me like glove especially after the first wash! The distressed detailing is done so nicely and the material is super high-quality that I don't have to worry about it eventually wearing down like most of my distressed jeans. The only downside is that it's a lint magnet, but I mean what pair of black jeans isn't?

This one's definitely something I can wear with virtually anything, especially when I want to add a bit of edginess to my outfit. I love that a rugged pair of jeans can easily look sophisticated with some neutral lace-up heels like these ones that I recently got from Lola Shoetique.
